Where are you located?
I am based in Hillarys, Perth on the Boardwalk. You will find me in Shop 210 (right next door to Dome Cafe) at Hillarys Boat Harbour. Come say hi.
Are your brands actually Aussie and Kiwi owned?
Bloody oath. Every brand I stock is Australian or New Zealand owned and operated. No offshore knockoffs or cheap imports.
Do you offer local pick up?
Sure do. If you are in Perth, choose local pick up at checkout. I will send you a message when your order is ready to collect.
How fast is shipping?
Pretty fast. Most orders leave within 1 to 2 business days. You will get tracking as soon as your parcel is packed.
Do you ship Australia wide?
Yep. From the coast to the outback, I deliver right across Australia, including all the way to Cocos Island!
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Digital gift cards are available online and make great last minute gifts for outdoorsy mates or yourself.
Do your products come with warranties?
Absolutely. Every product is backed by a 100 percent Australian warranty through the brand. No grey imports and no dramas.
🔄 Returns and Sale Items
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. If something is not right, get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition with tags attached.
Return shipping is at your cost unless I have made a mistake.
Can I return or exchange sale items?
No. All sale items are final. No refunds, no exchanges and no store credit. If you are unsure about sizing, message me before ordering.

Are your sizes true to size?
Yes. Most of our brands fit true to size, and I will always note if something runs small or big. If you are not sure, just ask.
Do you stock women’s and kids’ outdoor gear?
Sure do. I have quality gear for men, women and kids whether it is camping, fishing, hiking or staying warm at the footy.
Do you restock items?
Sometimes. Many New Zealand made pieces are seasonal or limited edition. If you love something, do not wait because it may not come back.
Do you test the products yourself?
Absolutely. Everything is tried, tested and trusted by me and my customers. If it does not hold up, it does not make the cut.

Do you go to shows or markets?
Yes. I attend outdoor expos, caravan and camping shows and community events all around WA. Follow on Instagram or check the homepage to see where I am heading next.
Can I shop in person outside of events?
Yes. My shop at Hillarys Boardwalk is open six days a week. Come try gear on, get honest advice and stock up for your next adventure.
Can I pre order gear for pick up at an event?
Absolutely. Message me before the event and I will bring your order ready to collect.

Yes. Both are available at checkout so you can shop now and pay later interest free.
Is there a minimum spend for Afterpay or Zip?
No. There is no minimum spend.
