Where are you located?
I’m based in Hillarys, Perth – right on the Boardwalk. You’ll find me in Shop 210 at Hillarys Boat Harbour. Come say hi!
Are your brands actually Aussie and Kiwi owned?
Bloody oath. Every brand I stock is Australian or New Zealand owned and operated. No offshore knockoffs or cheap imports here.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Sure do. If you're in Perth, choose local pick-up at checkout. I’ll send you a message when your order’s ready to collect.
How fast is shipping?
I ship orders fast – most leave within 1–2 business days. You’ll get tracking info once it’s packed. I use Australia Post and other trusted couriers.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yep! From the coast to the outback, I deliver right across Australia.
Do you sell gift cards?
I do – digital gift cards are available online and make great last-minute gifts for your outdoorsy mates (or yourself, no judgement).
Do your products come with warranties?
Absolutely. Every product is backed by a 100% Australian warranty through the brand. No grey imports, no dramas.
🔄 Returns & Sale Items
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes – if something’s not right, get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags. Return shipping is at your cost unless I’ve made a mistake.
Can I return or exchange sale items?
Nope – all sale items are final. That means no refunds, no exchanges, and no store credit. So please choose carefully, and if you’re unsure about sizing or fit, reach out before you order – I’m happy to help!

Are your sizes true to size?
All our brands fit true to size, but I’ll always note if something runs small or big. If you’re unsure, just ask – I’d rather help upfront than see you stuck with the wrong fit.
Do you stock women’s and kids’ outdoor gear?
Sure do. I’ve got solid gear for the whole family – men, women, and kids – whether it’s for camping, hiking, fishing or staying warm at the footy.
Do you restock items?
Some yes, some no. Many items (especially NZ-made gear) are seasonal or limited edition. If you love something, don’t muck around.
Do you test the products yourself?
You bet. Everything I stock is tried, tested, and trusted – by me and by my customers. If it doesn’t hold up, it doesn’t make the cut.

Do you go to shows or markets?
Sure do! You’ll find me at outdoor expos, camping shows, and community events all around WA. Follow me on Instagram or check the homepage to see where I’m headed next.
Can I shop in person outside of events?
Yep! My shop at Hillarys Boardwalk is open 6 days a week (because I too also need a day!) Come try things on, get honest advice, and stock up for your next adventure.
Can I pre-order gear for pick-up at an event?
Absolutely. Just shoot me a message before the event, and I’ll bring your order along ready to collect – no extra fuss.

Do you offer Afterpay or Zip?
Yep. Afterpay and Zip are both available at checkout, so you can shop now and pay later – interest-free.
Is there a minimum spend for Afterpay or Zip?
Nope, there is no minimum spend on Afterpay or Zip!
Can I use Afterpay or Zip in-store?
Sure can. I accept both online and in-store, whichever works for you.
