🚚 How fast is shipping?

We dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days, and most Aussie customers receive their gear within 2–7 business days, depending on your location. If you're in WA, you’re in luck—shipping is super speedy since we're based in Perth!

Got a Pre-Order? These items take a little longer because we’re waiting on stock to land at the store. Most pre-orders arrive to us within 4–6 weeks, and we’ll ship them out the same day they arrive. From there, you can expect delivery within 2–7 business days depending on your postcode.

You’ll receive full tracking info as soon as your order hits the road.

📦 Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely! If you're in Perth, you can choose free local pickup from our Hillarys store. Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll let you know when your order’s ready—usually within just a couple of hours!

🔁 What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind—but we totally get that sizing can be tricky. If you need to swap sizes, you can request an exchange within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible:

✔️ You must contact us first
✔️ Items must be unworn and unused
✔️ In the original packaging with all tags still attached

Once we receive your item back in its original condition, we’ll get the right size on its way to you!
