All in-stock orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Youβll get an order confirmation email right away, and another one with tracking info as soon as your gear ships.
WA orders? They're lightning fastβwe're based in Perth!
π¦ Pre-Orders
Pre-Order items are special orders brought in just for you, and can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Once they land in our warehouse, we ship them out same day with tracking provided.
βοΈ Please note: Pre-Order items are final saleβwe donβt offer refunds or exchanges on these, so if youβre unsure about sizing or fit, reach out before placing your order.

Most Aussie customers receive their orders within 2β7 business days, depending on your location and whether youβve chosen standard or express post.
π Track Your Order
As soon as your order ships, youβll get an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update in the system.
If itβs been more than 15 days and your parcel still hasnβt shown up, contact us with your name and order number at info@wanderoutdoors.com.au.

While we pack everything with care, sometimes stuff happens. If your order arrives damaged, send us an email ASAP at info@wanderoutdoors.com.auΒ with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Weβll sort it out with you case-by-case to find a fair fix.
