π Refund & Exchange Policy
Sometimes gear doesnβt fit quite right, or plans changeβwe get it. Thatβs why I offer exchanges and eligible refunds within 30 days of purchase, as long as the itemβs in original condition.
Please note: SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No returns, refunds or exchanges on any sale items, please reach out prior to purchasing if you have any questions about sizing.Β
Before sending anything back, get in touch first at info@wanderoutdoors.com.au so I can walk you through it. Donβt just post it off without checking in.
π¦ Can I Get a Refund?
I donβt offer refunds for change of mind.
But if your item isΒ faulty, flick me an email. Most products are covered by warranty, and Iβll help you sort a repair, replacement or refund depending on the situation.
If your return is approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method (shipping costs are non-refundable).
π Need to Exchange for a Different Size?
Too big, too small, or just not quite right? Letβs fix it.

Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging
- With all tags still attached
Return postage is on you, and Iβll send your replacement once Iβve received the original.
Excludes sale items β they canβt be exchanged under any circumstances, please reach out if you have any sizing questions prior to purchasing.
π« Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items (yep, absolutely final)
- Special Order products (like knives)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Health & personal care items
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Perishable goods (like snacks or flowers)
And donβt send anything back to the brand β it all comes through me.
π§ Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In rare cases, a partial refund may apply if:
- The item isnβt in original condition
- Itβs missing parts not due to my error
- Itβs returned after the 30-day period
β Whereβs My Refund?
Refunds can take a few days to hit your account, depending on your bank. If you havenβt seen it after checking with your provider, shoot me an email: info@wanderoutdoors.com.au
π¬Β Shipping Your Return
Once youβve contacted me and Iβve approved your return:
- Iβll send you the correct return address
- Youβre responsible for return shipping
- Original shipping costs arenβt refundable
- For returns over $75, I recommend tracked shipping or insurance
Once itβs back and confirmed in good condition, Iβll process your exchange or refund and let you know.
