πŸ” Refund & Exchange Policy

Sometimes gear doesn’t fit quite right, or plans changeβ€”we get it. That’s why I offer exchanges and eligible refunds within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item’s in original condition.

Please note: SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No returns, refunds or exchanges on any sale items, please reach out prior to purchasing if you have any questions about sizing.Β 

Before sending anything back, get in touch first at info@wanderoutdoors.com.au so I can walk you through it. Don’t just post it off without checking in.


πŸ“¦ Can I Get a Refund?

I don’t offer refunds for change of mind.

But if your item isΒ faulty, flick me an email. Most products are covered by warranty, and I’ll help you sort a repair, replacement or refund depending on the situation.

If your return is approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method (shipping costs are non-refundable).


πŸ”„ Need to Exchange for a Different Size?

Too big, too small, or just not quite right? Let’s fix it.

βœ… Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags still attached

Return postage is on you, and I’ll send your replacement once I’ve received the original.

Excludes sale items – they can’t be exchanged under any circumstances, please reach out if you have any sizing questions prior to purchasing.


🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items (yep, absolutely final)
  • Special Order products (like knives)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Health & personal care items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Perishable goods (like snacks or flowers)

And don’t send anything back to the brand – it all comes through me.


🧐 Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In rare cases, a partial refund may apply if:

  • The item isn’t in original condition
  • It’s missing parts not due to my error
  • It’s returned after the 30-day period

βŒ› Where’s My Refund?

Refunds can take a few days to hit your account, depending on your bank. If you haven’t seen it after checking with your provider, shoot me an email: info@wanderoutdoors.com.au


πŸ“¬Β Shipping Your Return

Once you’ve contacted me and I’ve approved your return:

  • I’ll send you the correct return address
  • You’re responsible for return shipping
  • Original shipping costs aren’t refundable
  • For returns over $75, I recommend tracked shipping or insurance

Once it’s back and confirmed in good condition, I’ll process your exchange or refund and let you know.
