Shipping & Returns

Here’s everything you need to know about how your order is packed, sent, delivered and looked after. We keep things simple, honest and clear, so you always know what to expect whether you are buying in stock gear, pre orders or something a little more specialised. If you ever get stuck or have a question, we are only an email away.

Shipping

We ship Australia wide. Some products have restrictions and cannot be sent to certain states or regions due to safety or legal requirements. If this affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.
All in stock orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive: An order confirmation email after you check out A tracking email as soon as your order has been packed and lodged WA orders are usually very quick as we ship from Perth.
Pre Order items are special orders brought in just for you. They can take up to 6 weeks to arrive with us Once they land in our warehouse, we ship them out as soon as possible You will receive tracking just like a regular order once they are dispatched Pre Order items are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Pre Orders, so if you are unsure about sizing or fit, please contact us before placing your order.
We keep it simple with flat rate shipping Australia wide: $15 = Standard Parcel Post $20 = Express Post Spend $149 or more and you will automatically receive free standard shipping at checkout. No code needed.
Most customers receive their order within 2 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on: Your location Whether you choose Standard or Express Post Regional and remote areas may take a little longer.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update in the system You can follow your parcel’s journey through the link provided If it has been more than 15 days since dispatch and your parcel still has not arrived, please contact us at info@wanderoutdoors.com.au with your name and order number.
We pack your gear with care, but things can happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged: Email us at info@wanderoutdoors.com.au Include your order number and clear photos of the damage Tell us what happened and how the parcel arrived We will review it and work with you case by case to find a fair solution in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only available where required under Australian Consumer Law, such as for faulty goods that cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.
Yes, in many cases you can. For eligible items, we offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is: Unworn and unused In original packaging With all tags still attached Return postage for size exchanges or change of mind is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using tracked shipping. Sale items and some special order products (such as Pre Orders and certain restricted items) cannot be exchanged, so please contact us if you are unsure before purchasing.
No. All sale items are final. No returns No refunds No exchanges If you have any questions about sizing or fit for a sale item, please get in touch before placing your order.
The following cannot be returned or exchanged: Sale items Gift cards Downloadable or digital products Health and personal care items Intimate or sanitary goods Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases Perishable goods Some special order or restricted products may also be non returnable. This will be clearly noted on the product page where applicable.
If you believe your item is faulty: Contact us at info@wanderoutdoors.com.au before sending anything back Include your order number and clear photos or a description of the fault We will assess the issue and may request that the item be returned for inspection Most products are covered by manufacturer warranty. Depending on the situation, we will help arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
In rare cases, a partial refund may be offered where: The item is not in its original condition It is damaged or missing parts not due to our error It is returned outside the 30 day window Any partial refund is assessed case by case.
Before sending anything back, please: Email info@wanderoutdoors.com.au Tell us your order number, the item you want to return and why Wait for return approval and the correct return address Please do not send items to the brand or supplier directly. All returns must come through Wander Outdoors.
For change of mind or size exchanges, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility For faulty items, we will follow Australian Consumer Law and advise you of the process once a fault is confirmed Original shipping costs are not refundable. For returns valued over 75, we recommend using a tracked or insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund back to your original payment method.
