The Antonini Knives Old Bear folding knives, crafted in Italy, are versatile tools ideal for everyday use in various settings. They feature a patented one-handed blade locking mechanism and a solid brass bolster with a lever for secure locking in both open and closed positions.
The ANT930619LN model showcases Italian craftsmanship with its 80 mm carbon steel blade, which maintains sharpness and durability with a hardness rating of 54-56 HRC. The handle, made from oiled Walnut, offers a comfortable grip and enhances the knife's aesthetic appeal with its natural finish. Weighing just 40 grams, this knife combines compactness and lightweight design, reflecting meticulous attention to quality from its Italian heritage.

Carbon Steel Blade Care: Knives with carbon steel blades require special care to prevent rust and oxidation. They should not be placed in dishwashers or soaked in water. After use, cleaning with a damp sponge or cloth and thorough drying is recommended. Optionally, applying vegetable oil to the blade surface can further protect against rust. Regular use of a honing steel maintains blade sharpness, and over time, a desirable patina will develop on the carbon steel blade, indicating its age.
