Purpose-built for foraging, the Antonini Old Bear Mushroom Knife combines traditional Italian craftsmanship with practical features designed for mushroom hunters. The 420 stainless steel blade provides excellent cutting performance and resists corrosion, while the integrated horsehair brush in the walnut handle lets you clean dirt and debris from your finds on the spot.
This knife features Old Bear’s patented one-handed lever lock system, allowing you to lock the blade securely in both open and closed positions with a simple thumb movement on the solid brass bolster. The oiled walnut handle is shaped for comfort and showcases unique natural grain patterns—no two are alike.
Note: This knife is handcrafted using natural materials, so variations in colour, grain, and surface finish are normal and add to its uniqueness.
