The Benchmade 18010 Fishcrafter 7 Inch is a premium fillet knife built for clean precise fish processing. Designed for small to medium sized catches this blade delivers razor sharp control, corrosion resistance and flex exactly where you need it.
Most fillet knives either flex too much, rust quickly or lose their edge after a few sessions on the water, making clean cuts harder than they should be.
The Fishcrafter gives you a thin MagnaCut blade with SelectEdge geometry that glides through filleting, deboning and cleaning while staying sharp and easy to control.
