The Koi Knives Harry The Honey Eater is a refined EDC pocket knife built for everyday utility with a clean, understated finish. Designed as Koi Knives’ take on the gentleman’s folder, it pairs a practical sheepsfoot blade with 14C28N Sandvik Swedish steel, a smooth thrust bearing pivot and a secure frame lock.
Some pocket knives scream for attention like they have unresolved childhood issues. Harry keeps things quieter. It is compact enough for comfortable everyday carry, strong enough for real cutting tasks and polished enough to sit just as comfortably in a trouser pocket as it does in your outdoor kit.
It gives you a reliable daily blade that feels considered, capable and properly made, whether you are opening parcels, trimming cord, cutting packaging or just carrying something useful that does not look like it came from a servo counter.
