In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged Pre Order item, we may require the item to be returned to us in its original packaging so an assessment can be made with the supplier. Please report any issue within 5 days of receiving your item. We kindly ask that you provide clear evidence of the fault or damage so we can process your request efficiently.

Pre Order products are ordered in especially for you. Typical lead times are 4 to 6 weeks, depending on supplier availability and delivery to our warehouse.
When your Pre Order arrives, it will be dispatched as soon as possible and you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Standard shipping is 15 and Express shipping is 20 Australia wide, with free standard shipping on orders over 149. Delivery timeframes after dispatch are generally 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
