Care Instructions
- Washing: Use a small amount of non-scented liquid detergent. Do not use powder detergents, fabric softeners, or chlorine bleach as these can damage the garment.
- After Use: Clean or wipe down any dirt, blood, or sweat. Ensure the rainwear layer is fully dry before storage. Store garments in a dry, damp-free place, hanging them up rather than storing them in a cram bag or heap.
- Durable Water Repellency (DWR): If water is not beading off the outer surface, it’s time to replenish the DWR. Wash your jacket through a standard wash cycle (use liquid detergent), then wash again using an in-wash DWR replenisher (at 30°C) or a spray-on DWR replenisher. Dry the garment at a low temperature in a tumble dryer or air dry.

DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged Pre Order item, we may require the item to be returned to us in its original packaging so an assessment can be made with the supplier. Where a fault is confirmed, we will organise a suitable remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair or replacement.
Please report any issue within 5 days of receiving your item. We kindly ask that you provide clear evidence of the fault or damage so we can process your request efficiently.

Shipping
Pre Order products are ordered in especially for you. Typical lead times are 4 to 6 weeks, depending on supplier availability and delivery to our warehouse.
When your Pre Order arrives, it will be dispatched as soon as possible and you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Standard shipping is 15 and Express shipping is 20 Australia wide, with free standard shipping on orders over 149. Delivery timeframes after dispatch are generally 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
