Returns Policy
DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MIND
For in stock products, we may offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Return postage for change of mind or incorrect size is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we may require the item to be returned to us in its original packaging for assessment. Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a suitable remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
Please report any issue within 5 days of receiving your item. We kindly ask that you provide clear photos of the fault or damage so we can process your request efficiently.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in Australia. Please note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some items cannot be shipped to certain domestic destinations.
In stock items are usually dispatched within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
Standard shipping is $15 and Express shipping is $20 Australia wide, with free standard shipping on orders over $149. Delivery timeframes after dispatch are generally 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
